Every month, I publish a report of the business & investment income I received during the previous month. I publish these reports to show you what you can expect with an online business & unconventional investments, and I also publish them to keep the motivation to work hard & to grow this number month after month.
In every report, you will find out the details about all the business income I received during the month, all the business expenses, and also all the income I received from investments during the month.
What Happened in April
A lot happened in April again, and the first thing was the public release of PureCourses, the software that we developed internally & that is powering all my online courses. I especially want to thank Mark Liskey for being my first user inside the app & helping me a ton with debugging the software & making the interface much better. I am really happy to announce that everyone can now try it for free, and I really recommend having a look if you are thinking about launching your own online course or if you are looking for a new platform for your existing course.
The second big news in April is that I (finally) bought a new profitable website, http://www.hairstylermag.com/, which is again a website monetised via the Amazon Affiliate program. We bought it for $44,000, and I already have a ton of ideas to increase the income generated by this site. I wrote 'we' because on this deal I also had another investor with me, and we are 70/30 partners on that deal. I will of course publish more content about that purchase soon, and also report on the progress on this site I implement modifications over the coming months.
I am also happy to announce that I will be joining the Empire Flippers retreat in July in Phuket! I am really looking forward to it, and also to maybe meet some of you there.
On the investing side, I continued investing heavily on Mintos, which I think is the best European Peer-to-Peer platform at the moment.

Comment About the Report
Let’s now make the total and add my business & investment revenues:
Total income for April 2017: 6,936 € (-32%)
This month was slower than March, I guess mainly because I did a lot of work on the backend of my business (especially on the app that powers my online courses).
In May, as usual I have a lot planned :) I plan to release a brand new course here on my website, about creating authority websites from scratch. If that's something interesting for you, feel free to message me already to learn more about it. I will also publicly release PureCart, the shopping cart application that is powering all my checkout pages & my eCommerce stores.
On the investing side, I'll definitely push more into the real estate investing side as this is what is currently lacking in my portfolio.
Talk to you soon, and thanks again to everyone for the support!
