Every month, I publish a report of the business & investment income I received during the previous month. I publish these reports to show you what you can expect with an online business & unconventional investments, and I also publish them to keep the motivation to work hard & to grow this number month after month.
In every report, you will find out the details about all the business income I received during the month, all the business expenses, and also all the income I received from investments during the month.
What Happened in June
In June, I spent most of my time launching a new course for my Open Home Automation website, which will be dedicated the Internet of Things. For this course, I am again following a formula that I really like: pre-launching the course to a smaller list of highly-motivated people, and collect feedback, and then use this feedback for the real launch after you finished creating all the material of the course. I love this kind of launch as it allows my students to really get involved in the creation of the course, and for me it's the guarantee that I won't create the material for nothing and then have a course nobody is interested in.
I also continued to onboard people into my open-source apps that I am using to run my entire business, with more and more people using my course delivery platform PureCourses. I also allowed the first people to join the beta of the hosted version of my open-source email marketing software, so if you are interested by using it let me know!
I also took some time off work in June and spend some amazing holidays with my girlfriend in Tenerife, Spain. It was the first time we did a 'relaxing' holiday as usually we are more the kind to visit a lot and do road trips, but relaxing in an all-inclusive hotel was not too bad :) Here is a picture of a sunset at our hotel:
Also didn't do much investing in June as I am waiting for better opportunities that what the market has to propose at the moment. So I just cashed out on the dividends & rental income for this month, and reinvested my gains in Peer-to-Peer lending.
