Every month, I publish a report of the business & investment income I received during the previous month. I publish these reports to show you what you can expect with an online business & unconventional investments, and I also publish them to keep the motivation to work hard & to grow this number month after month.
In every report, you will find out the details about all the business income I received during the month, all the business expenses, and also all the income I received from investments during the month.
What Happened in November
In November, I mainly worked on creating new content for the video courses I am teaching live, as I want to launch a new course in December on my main niche site Open Home Automation. I also signed two new book deals with my usual publisher, which was a great news!
You might also have noticed that you are now reading this post on a brand new website. No, it's not a new WordPress theme, but a completely new platform which is part of my PureApps project. Called PurePress, this new platform is 4 to 8 times faster than WordPress depending on the size of the page, according to initial tests I made. I will first test it with my smaller niche sites as well as on this site, and I will then gradually switch all my sites on this new platform. I hope you will like it, and if you notice any bugs, let me know!
I am also in the process of adding a new member in my team, which will be dedicated to basic email handling & will also be helping out on the live chat, as I have more and more visitors on most of my niche sites.
On the investing side, I invested in two new real estate crowdfunding deals in the UK, as the GBP is still quite low at the moment, which creates amazing opportunities for foreign investors like me. I am still far from my investment goal in real estate for the year, but I am getting closer and closer.

Comment About the Report
Let’s now make the total and add my business & investment revenues:
Total income for November 2016: 7841 € (+23%)
I had an excellent month of November (one of the best month of this year so far!), which is mainly due to two things. First, I really hustled during Black Friday/Cyber Monday times, by proposing great discounts on all my digital products on all my niche sites. I also got a lot of additional leads from Facebooks ads which are now really starting to be profitable with decent customer acquisition costs. I'll definitely scale that up during this coming month in order to reach my revenue goals for the year.
As usual, I also updated my investment portfolio page to reflect the changes during the month. What about you? Did you have a good month with your online business and/or your investments?
