It's finally time for a new income report! As you might have seen, I didn't post income reports during the past 2 months, and also didn't create a lot of new content. This is because I concentrated all my efforts on my very first B2B SaaS application, SiteEngine, which is an all-in-one platform for online businesses. It's been really exciting, but at the same time I felt sad that I let this site and some of my niche websites down during that time as I didn't manage to organise properly.
So as I said, most of my time during the past months has been spent on the development of SiteEngine, to take it to a level where it becomes usable by everyone (it is already powering all my websites, including this one). As a reminder, SiteEngine is a hosted software that allows you to run your online business (or businesses) within one single application. It integrates everything you need, like content creation (like Wordpress), eCommerce, email marketing, online courses hosting, sales funnels, and much more. I am really happy about the state it is right now, and I am ready to release it as a paid beta at the end of the month. I am already currently running a closed beta with a small number of users, so if you want to give it a (free) try just let me know by sending me an email!
I am also working on the finishing touches of my first course about creating authority websites. As you known, a large part of my online business consists in running authority websites that are monetised by the Amazon affiliate program & by the sale of digital products. I put all my experience creating & running those websites inside this course, and I hope you will enjoy it when it comes out.
Finally, in September I also attended the Content & Commerce summit in Los Angeles, organised by Digital Marketer. As for the Traffic & Conversion summit earlier this year, I really had a blast and learned a ton from the talks I attended there. As usual, I'll use what I learned there in my businesses, and share with you the results of the next couple of months.
On the investing side, I continued to invest on the real estate crowdfunding platform Housers, that I like more and more as they are starting to expand their investment opportunities in several countries in Europe, the most recent being Portugal. I like this as it allows me to diversify my real estate portfolio in Europe, whereas just a few month back it was solely located in the UK. I didn't invest more in dividend growth stocks as the market is still way too expensive at the moment, and I just reinvested my Peer-to-Peer lending gains back into my P2P lending portfolio.
