Portfolio Update October 2018

Portfolio Update October 2018

Every month, I invest part of the profits of my online business into passive income generating assets, like dividend growth stocks, real estate crowdfunding, and Peer-to-Peer lending.

In order for you to see what works and what doesn't work, I publish those reports every month so you can replicate my investment strategy and see what I do month after month to grow my investment portfolio.

This is actually the first report of this sort that I publish, so I am really excited about it! Inside those reports, I plan to tell you what I did exactly during the past month in terms of investing, and also at the end tell you what will be my strategy for the coming month. This will allow me to go more in details into my investments compared to what I usually do in my monthly income reports, that also include the results from my online business.

In October, I mainly re-distributed some of my investments on Peer-to-Peer lending platforms, as I had the issue that some platforms were no proposing enough loans for the money I had invested there (for example Twino). I also invested the profits of my online business mainly into Peer-to-Peer lending platforms.

I mostly re-invested my gains coming from dividend growth stocks & from real estate crowdfunding and didn't invest in any new stocks (but more about that at the end of this report).

Without further due, here is the state of my investment portfolio for the month of October:

A good month for my portfolio, with nothing special to report, which is often a good sign in the financial space.

The coming month, I will definitely look again on dividend growth stocks, as the stock market recently went down significantly, meaning it's an excellent opportunity to buy high-quality dividend-paying stocks at a discounted price (which means a higher yield for us investors!).

I hope this portfolio update was helpful for you! I plan to add much more details into the coming portfolio updates, for example, the variation of the income/value of each position compared to the previous month, as well as some graphs showing the progression of my portfolio month after month. Of course if you have any suggestion about it don't hesitate to post them below!
